Danny Powers

Founder & Owner, Danny Powers Logging

With over a decade of experience in the timber industry, Danny is the heart behind the logging and tree trimming services. What began as a one-man operation with a single log truck has grown into a trusted family-run business offering professional logging, log hauling, storm cleanup, and tree trimming services across southwest Missouri.

Danny got his start cutting timber for himself and a few local landowners, but he was no stranger to entrepreneurship, and it was only a matter of time before this hobby turned into a career.  For years, he worked as a farrier. He knew it was time for a change. He purchased a log truck from a friend, took a risk, and never looked back. He’s no stranger to adventure either. He spent his early years riding bulls and fighting bulls.

Fast forward several years, and you’ll find Danny serving Jesus and his church, spending time with his wife, Melissa, working alongside his sons, and enjoying the outdoors. In his free time, he enjoys hunting and fishing. Not only is the outdoors his workplace, but it’s also his entertainment and relaxation.

Bo Powers

Certified Arborist & Co-Owner, Powers Tree and Storm CleanUp, LLC

Bo Powers grew up around logging equipment, sawdust, and the values of hard work — so it’s no surprise he chose to build a career in the timber and tree care industry. As one of Danny Powers’ sons, Bo plays a vital role in both family businesses.

A certified arborist with a sharp eye for detail and safety, Bo brings professional expertise and hands-on experience to every job, whether he’s helping with timber harvests or managing storm cleanup and tree care services. He’s an honest, genuine young guy with a love for the outdoors and a heart for helping people.

When he’s not working in the woods, Bo can almost always be found enjoying the outdoors. He’s an avid hunter and fisherman who enjoys scouting new spots and spending time in nature. A lifelong animal lover, Bo also raises and trains dogs. His love for wildlife, the land, and animals is a big part of what drives his commitment to responsible forestry and tree care.

Brady Powers

Certified Arborist & Co-Owner, Powers Tree and Storm CleanUp, LLC

Brady Powers brings a unique blend of technical skill and creative vision to the family business. As a certified arborist and co-owner of Powers Tree and Storm CleanUp, LLC, he plays a key role in both businesses. Whether it’s storm cleanup, tree removal, or hauling the big loads, Brady has a natural ability to work with his hands and see the big picture.

Brady, like his dad,  is especially talented behind the controls of heavy equipment and big trucks — a passion he’s had since a young age. From excavators to log trucks, he operates machinery with precision and confidence, making even the toughest jobs look easy.

When he's not on the job, Brady enjoys spending time outdoors, often working with equipment just for fun. He’s a big fan of trucks, machinery, and anything with a motor. His hands-on approach, strong work ethic, and love for fixing things make him an essential part of the Powers crew.
